i was just wondering if it was possible for me to play this guys?
i know they arent in the conference south at the start of the game. but is it possible for them to get promoted to the CS or will they always be "with-out" a league to play in??
You're not being ignored, fella...I don't know, is the answer. I can't remember them in my 20 season Barnsley save, but that doesn't mean they don't make an appearance.
As Ian says there is always a chance of being promoted but it my saves it is usually the same few teams which go up/come down each year, mostly Slough Town and AFC Wimbledon.
thats what i thought that they would have to great promoted from the very lower leagues.
im pretty sure there would be one way of getting them up to CS, and by the sounds of it (not having been promoted into the CS after 20 seasons!) the only way to manage them is to cheat and make sure they make it to CS after the 1st season.
Did I read the last bit right? And how do you propose to do the 'cheat' part of it? Editor? Get Newport IOW as your feeder team and loan out your players?
Whatever it is, thats the death knell for you if you ever, as you put it so delicately, 'cheat'.

i was going to edit a couple of players.. so they make it into CS. but that cant happen as all players are greyed out... and therefore dont come up on editor.
oh well guess ill get Frank to choose a team for me..
