I was two and a half seasons through my Worksop save, and I was ready to post a freakin' update at the end of three seasons, when my ****ing computer ****ed up and its gone to ****! GAH. I was really really into my Worksop save, and its not always easy for me to really feel the team I'm managing. NOW I'M ****ED OFF BECAUSE OF MY STUPID LAPTOP.

I am just going to speculate here but I don't think you had a back up, did you.

Don't you have more than one version of your save? It may mean going back a little, but it's better than nothing.

Listen carefully, I'll only tell you this once.

Backups are for buffoons, goats and failures.

The only reason for having a backup is to go back to a previous point because you don't like where you are at a given time.

It's not LLM.

You have a savegame, you play, you save it when you're finished.

If your game dies when you're playing then you have the savegame to go back to.

Backing up is for losers.

I use the rolling autosave feature in the game, no more, no less.

Having said that I don't think I have had to go back more than one backup since CM3.

Rolling saves are the only way to go.

Squeak Squeak , I'll stick to the rolling backups thank you very much, I hope I will not need then but it is nice to know they are there.
