Yeah, they are actually. It wouldn't occur to you that your own lack of social skills might have something to do with the reaction you're getting...
Social skills lesson #1: You don't make friends by criticising people in your first post on a forum (especially coming from T&TT).
Social skills lesson #2: You don't make friends by telling people who are
far more experienced than you how to run their forum.
Social skills lesson #3: You don't make friends by imposing your own (rather bizarre and random) moral guidelines on other people. You'll find far worse language on other fora, on TV, in newspapers, in schools, in the home, etc. Are you from the 50s?
I have a (grown-up now) son and I actually spent time with him teaching him right from wrong, morals, ethics, principles, etc. This, I think, is a far better method of preparing our children for life than trying to censor the world... (that's a tip, btw - you're welcome). I never felt the need to protect him from words; the English language is beautiful in its versatility, in the ability to add emotion and nuance with a word or turn of phrase. Remember: words don't corrupt, rappers do.
Social skills lesson #4: Get a sense of humour.
Now if you'd be so kind, please let the grown-ups talk and when you slink back to T&TT, feel free to moralise to the moderators there. GL.
