Season 2017/18

Well, I signed two scouts and sent them off to search for the cream of English talent. Okay, so they brought back some stale yoghurt instead, but I ended up signing 30 of them and the rudiments of a team were formed.

I got a Jock AssMan and a couple of Poofland coaches, and off we went.

First 11 games we won 1, drew 5 and lost 5. A victory in the FA Cup 2nd Qualifying Round turned things around a bit and we ended up finishing 2nd in the League, fully 18 points behind Oxford United, and promptly lost on penalties in the semi final of the playoffs against Bognor Regis.

We were well and truly gubbed 4-1 by Brighton in the 1st Round of the FA Cup and beaten 3-2 at the first hurdle in the FA Trophy by Farnborough.

We're ready for season two, though...six mono-statted youths promoted, come and get it conferencesouthers

Just no need to use bad language because yes 'children do read this' isnt under16 classed as a child

I expect that more seasoned users will assist others in an encouraging and friendly manner. Let them know what is required if their are posts are lacking. NO ABUSE WILL BE TOLERATED. If there is an on-going issue with a user, let the mods handle it. Email us and let us know. This forum will only be as good as the users.
