I just got the same message, "excessive fining", and I haven't ever fined anyone for Barnsley

I'd suspected the same was true for Slough, save for the elbowing guy, but thought no more of it.

Anything in GQ about it?

That sounds like the same problem as you get when you praise another manager (once) early on in the game. Years later, when you are a number of divisions above him and you have changed clubs a few times, on moving clubs again, you get the message that you are best buddies with him, constantly praising him in the press.

There may a be a few entomols in the game when it comes to clearing out data.
