Sorry, i'm new to FM. I was wondering what does it take to bring your team from semi-professional to professional. Is there a silent transition or a board trigger?

There are far too many things influencing this decision, and most of these are out of your reach. You can only hope that your board/chairman/whoever decides to go pro.

League 2 will definately get it for you, also I think i got my status after 3 succesive seasons in COnference National.
