You're really missing the point here, aren't you?
I suggest you read the stickied posts at the top of the forum and try to get an idea of what LLM is all about.
How did you find him though? Scouting is the only way you are able to do it. End of debate, or it should be. I am rapidly seeing why the long-serving LLaMas get annoyed with people trying any way possible to not use the scouting method.

It's hardly rocket science. When you choose to create a scouting mission, the club will automatically limit you to certain places/competitions. It usually seems fairly realistic to me, with a few oddities being the exception rather than the rule.
