I've been wondering.

Is it worth swapping an "r" for an "st"?

I'm beginning to think it might be worth petitioning to make a subtle change to our Forum name in order that our practices are more clear to outsiders: Lowest League Managers.

Well. There's my thought. Anyone else have an opinion?

Hmm, I'd think our current name derives from the fact we spend most of our seasons in divisions lower than the top one. Substituting it for Lowest League Managers would create just the same amount of misunderstandings that it does now (no, you do not have to be in the lowest division all the time to be LLM, you plurk!). Leave it as is, I guess.

I'm thinking that sort of misunderstanding might be with someone who's actually likely to stay, and can be resolved simply, rather than the sort we get with some random windup merchant off the street.

Still, I'm really just thinking aloud here...

I think such a minor change would be completely wasted on the multitudes of non Llamas the pop in to have a look. For me it is almost a minor point in LLM starting that we start in the lowest league. Far more important as far as I’m concerned is playing by the guidelines. I think if we were to change the name of the forum so it would have any impact you would need to call it.

Not exactly names that roll of the tongue so I would say leave it as it is.
