Irish Stew, don’t insult it by eating any on day one!

My only problem with Irish stew is that it doesn’t matter how large a pot I make it is always gone in two or three days.

To tell the truth Irish stew is meant to be made with Lamb but I always use beef so the only thing Irish abou my stew is the chef.
