Despite promotion, the board do not wish to make the club full time. Whilst this helps us make a £300,000 profit over the season without any player sales, it does hinder in being able to bring in players.
The 33-1 odds for promotion look very generous though, when strong form pushes up as high as 5th in December. However, a bad run sees us drop right off and we're not safe until two games to play. Nonetheless, a pleasing outcome overall.
