It sounds like England is horribly overrated in this version. The national team, the leagues, the players, everything.

| It's probably the same as in previous versions, where the nations that are loaded are having an advantage over those that are just running in the background or aren't loaded at all. See, even Jockland qualified for the world cup in his save  | |

Or when Jockland got to the semi-final of 2012 EC in my save, or that Poofland has won 2006 and 2010 WC plus a bunch of other finals and wins.

TADW, from what I've seen reported elsewhere, LL Clubs in England seem to have as much pulling power for good players as some top level teams in other countries.
I don't know if the usual loaded league bias is in play, but I expect so.
Having said that, Poofland didn't win the 2006 WC in my save, and it is active in the game.

Poofland have won WC06, Confederations Cup07 and EC08 in my save. That german team prevents the poof finalists to win the CL, but I'm sure Liverpool ( ) or ManUre are bound to win it rather soon.
