Guinness, Automatic actually gives you a higher reputation than Sunday League, so I'd go with Sunday League.

Just like to state that I started out as a Sunday League footballer, not an International. Still got offered all the jobs though.

Funny thing is, when I apply for slightly bigger Conference teams they all laugh at me and tell me where to stick my application!

Maybe in FM08, we could start out as "Only experienced in FM"

I thought 'automatic' meant that you had no previous experience in football...

It says so in the manual, but I tried them both and Sunday League gave me a lower rep.

Season 09/10 - Conference National

Media prediction of 20th looked to be reasonable at the midway point of the season. However, the return of some key players from injury and a couple of new signings saw us push up the league to a comfortable 10th place finish. The team are really starting to play good football and hopefully we can build on this for next season.

P46 W18 D13 L15 F44 A35 GD+9 Pts67 (Pos 10th)

Reasonable cup runs, nothing to get excited about

Highlight: Having the first player from my u19s team break into the first XI
Lowlight: Star man from first two seasons being ousted from the first team
Star Man: 24 year old SC
Top goalscorer: 24 year old SC (12 goals)

Perhaps it is that automatic in a Conference South Club is higher in reputation than Automatic in say Northern Ireland's bottom division.

I was wondering why my board were still pleased with me when I trailed in 20th in the conference national... Ah well I suppose this is just another reason to start a new game when the first patch comes in.

Oh and KUTGW mmanuel
