As you can see this is my first entry in to LLM. At least the forum not the genre. I understand the rules
and after completing my annual foray with Liverpool i sort new challenges. Which lead me hear. So please
welcome me, as it has taken me 3 and half weeks to finish 3 seasons and I'd appreciate your feedback.
Season 2006/2007 Conference North

Cups F.A Cup - Made it past all the qualifying but lost in the First real round. F.A Trophy - Also lost in the first round.
Transfers
Cleaned out all the dead wood at the start of the season, this set me back 100K because
i was lazy and couldn't wait for their contracts to finish or transfer them. I was bleeding
money, so it was better to be in the red and making money weekly then in the black and
approaching the red. Besides that i got a handy DR and an 18yo striker that played the majority
of the season and didn't cost that much weekly.
Low Point = Losing 4 of my last 5 games for a total of 4 goals scored and 10 against!
Even though i pretty much remained injury free and playing my best team on the field. Apart
from that i had a pretty shocking away record considering how dominate i was at home.
10 wins and 10 loses and a draw away - compared to my home record of 19 wins and 2 loses.
High point = Well besides winning the league with 6 games to go in the season I'd have
to say it was basically an injury free year. None of my regulars missed more then 2 weeks
at a time. Another high point would be having one of my strikers topping the goals for the
league and my other main striker finishing equal 3rd. Also, average squad age is 21..so i
hope to keep these guys together for the next 4-5 years.

Got a DC,DM,MR,DR guy all rolled up in to one. He pretty much played my spare parts man, got him for 1K.
Got a DC for free, who become one of the starting Defenders, so that was also a steal. Then a i really forked it
out for a DR, 4K...but he's going to be a star. So all in all not a lot of action. They are all under they age
of 20 though, so i've got a really young squad i hope to build. I also sold my DL for 50K! He's wasn't worth that and had an average season for his new team in League one.
Low Point = I had 4 wins in my last 19 games! Their were 6 draws in there, but still a shocking run, i was a strong chance for the play offs before that. This is about the same time my main keeper went down, but my back up keeper isn't that far off my main keeper, i thought he could do a little better. Ah well overall a solid season.
High point = Selling my DL for 50K, i had to bring in a talented youth player to fill the spot, but it was worth it. Besides that, i'd have to say beating Woking 5-0, they finished in 6th place, so to beat a team like that proves i'am on the right track. And i also turned Pro

Got a fantastic DCR, only 19 and really good physical stats, so hopefully he can improve he's skills. Other then
that i got a back up ML and a back up MR, both of which could potentially be starters next season. Didn't so much as sell anyone, more truthful would be i sacked a lot.
Low Point = Well, i suppose overly it was a poor season when i look at the league. Only ended up with 1pt more then i had last year, even though my squad is older and better, had more depth this year. My main striker for the past 2 years had a fairly poor season, but i suppose others stepped up. Even though the cash bonanza i experienced i'am bleeding money, only averaged 1200 fans at home didn't rake the money in.
High point = 2 very big high points, one was beating Blackpool(D1) 1-0 away in the 3rd round of the F.A cup and playing Liverpool in the 4th round. I only lost 2-0 to Liverpool at Anfield! The papers reported that the Liverpool fans were not happy with there team after only beating minnow Kettering 2-0. The best thing about it is i pocketed 450K from that one match! tripled my balance. My other high point was winning the F.A trophy in a shoot-out! None of my players missed even though only one of them had over 10 skill for penalties.

Cups still suck arse though, you do know that don't you? Really good start, both update-wise and results aswell, first time I've seen an LLM manager win something while still managing below League Two.
