Listen you buggers...I have a sore neck, it doesn't help me reading a thread and shaking my head in disbelief.
Metallic-horsey, I hope you found your answer amongst all the bickering |

True, there wasn't any flaming in this thread, but telling someone to push off (essentially) and then answering the question some time later with "For Christ's sake..." is hardly what I'd call welcoming.

| If you don't read everything in between the first thread and my answering the query, then you're taking it well out of context, it was the idiocy in between that irritated me.
But I did take the trouble to get him an answer, so can I have a brownie point for that?
Oh and I'm sorry for not being here all my life but I only discovered your friendly corner recently.

iajafer, kriss, and the rest of the LLaMa's who've been kind enough to respond (unlike the folks in the other undisclosed forum), I do appreciate the responses. It does help me to understand the stuff. I didn't realize those youth players had been already been signed to pre-contracts before my arrival at the club. I'll have to do more investigating to determine where I can read about that. I'll use the tutorial though because my pockets are too shallow to afford Kriss' consultation fees. Maybe if I sign a contract worth more than 10K a season, I'll be able to afford his wisdom?
Actually, I don't know what flaming is. But I know that melting me down (like a real dead horse) doesn't make for decent chalk, glue, or other stuff more interesting.
I do know that I've now added Kriss to my personal list of heavy hitters (meaning much more knowledgeable than me, not bludgeoning prowess) along with Hogie.
Cheers to all. I'll be having some beers in your honor.
