Season 2010/11

We had a kind of opposite to last season this season, with a similar outcome. We did okay for the first few games, aquaplaned like hell, won a few, lost several, then went on a spree for the end of the season, earned a playoff spot and beat Morecambe in the semi and Grays in the final to get promotion to League 2.

Conference National

5th: P46, W20, D11, L15, Gf69, Ga58, Pts71

FA Cup: 6th round, lost 2-1 to Middlesbrough (but included a superb 3-0 win over Championship West Brom)

FA Trophy: Semi final, lost to Daggers (but a 17y/o MC, a reserve, played every game and averaged 7.40. May play him next season)

On January 1st we signed another two samba-boys, an SC and another DC, so now we have 4...although one seems to have absconded to Italy, having appeared for the Italian U-19s.

New contract, £450p/w for a year
