that the AI changes it tactics every minute? I mean not only putting an arrow on a player but changing the whole formation. And also I think the AI is very smart in seeing an offside situation when attacking (even a non-league team does this excellently). Is this the case in real-life low-league football? I just really wondered because I've never played football on any club level.

used to play at a very low level (lmao) and can confirm that managers tend to change the shape of the team all the time if they are inexperienced or former players as they cant sit back and watch things unfold.

The way I see it there are two types of managers in the world. Those that shape their tactics to fit their opponents and those that don't. Whichever way you choose, you cannot be wrong.
