I really like the colour scheme you've got going, it looks vibrant and eye-catching, its very nice.
However the text lets it down in my opinion, get yourself over to www.dafont.com and download a whole bunch of fonts to help.
The render looks okay but even though its a small sig, I still think it could be a bit bigger the render. Maybe some Blur behind him too to help blend him in.
Overall not bad, definetely good for a beginner. Well done mate, the colours look great. Keep it up.

I like the colours in it mate, and off that piece I can see you have plenty of potential. The motion blur on the render is n00bish, try and get away from that and the font looks a mess but other then that you're showing no signs of being new to Graphics. I'd like to see more of your work in the future.
