I might be missing something here, as only just got into my second season on FM2007, but...

There don't seem to be any players below the Conference to buy, and very few new young players appearing as free transfers in the Jan window and summer.

Is this a deliberate decision, or will things improve? I generally start off in the Conference, so tend to rely on picking up frees - and with the new stringent wage budget for Tamworth, finding it a struggle!

There will be some appearing - but competition for them is much greater in this version.
