| try BAT Sports... havent played them in fm08 as of yet. but i played them in a friendly cup and always proceeded to win by more than 20 goals a game. i played them once a season for the fun of it |

Why are all the grey players marked 'Ine'? Could this mean the team is playing the game with only the four non-grey players on the pitch? That would explain the results.
Could you check the matches and see, if this is the case.

They could be also using reserves or U20s to fill in the ineligible players.
This might be related to the registration bug. Maybe you should post this in the bugs forum?
