Im looking at the post below and seeing the news item about Micah Richards and I am admittedly, incredibly jealous of it.

As you've probably guessed im NOT VERY GOOD at all things IT. The updated patch at the top of the page, do I just click it and then 'Run' or 'Save'? And if I save it, do I have to save it anywhere specific?

If you mean the offical si 8.0.1 update then you have to save it then just double click on it and press run.

If you mean the picture files you have to save the file then unzip it into my documents/sportsinteractive/footballmanager2008 just put it in their and it should proberlies work. It did when I put the league and club badges in.

Yeah its a real site but don't ask me why its called that.

So the actual update patch, (the one at the top of the page) I click 'save', but do I have to save it to anywhere on my PC in particular and if so, where? And once it is saved, do I have to do anything then?

It doesn't have to go anywhere in particular but is easier if you put in on your desktop because its just easier to find.

When its downloaded all you have to do is double click on it and then press run or start and it will automatically update it for you.
