Just 20 games into my debut season at Bath City in the BSS and my reputation is already continental?

Big clubs such as Lazio/Man City/Newcatsle have all approached me for their vacant managers post, just a tad unrealistic. Im not even dominating the BSP, im 4 points behind top and only second on goal difference. Looking at the other managers in the league they are all local or obscure, something is up.

How high did you set your previous experience when creating your manager? as if it was quite high this would proberlies be why.

What was your starting 'past experience'?

If you put it down as 'international footballer' you begin with a rep of Continental and as long as you're doing pretty well you could be rated highly, esp. with bad team.

Also, not big compensation to the little teams by the bigger clubs
