Whats the difference between the 3 options for player tutoring and is it better to go with players who have a similar personality or have similar stats and physical attributes?

E.G. Would a 6'3" Striker be better off learning from Peter Crouch due to hieght and heading or from Dirk Kuyt because they have a similar personnality?

I read a post somewhere on here that said height and weight are purely cosmetic and serve no realy purpose in the game. I normally only tutor people the game tells me are similar to someone (youth player is a similar player to player) or who could be the next someone (could be the next ......)

I did the "Similar Player to ***" on FM07 but on the coach reports on 08 you get advice from your assman/head coach saying "This player would benefit from being tutored by ***" yet as far as I can see it takes no account of the playing style or stats of a player (Heading, Height, Do they dribble the ball or blast from long range.etc)

And I was wondering if the different options where so you don't look like a total fool if they don't get along (Saying "You can learn from him" rahter than "OMFGTBH you guys are the same!!:OPP)

That's quite worrying then. Because in real life your physique plays a huge part in your game. But it does explain why my cesc wins about 50% of his headers against Terry.

I always take the bottom option and I get a very good success ratio out of it (estimated 75% of youngsters pick up moves and get along with the tutor).

cannot remember or access the options now, but one is regarding mentality, one is regarding moves and the bottom one covers both.
