i am sorry but in real life money talks even barcelona acepted a bid of 40 million for ronaldinho from chelsea , but he didnt want to move. I just had a bid of 100 million pounds rejected from man utd for ronaldo, that would never happen in real life as the glaziers who own man utd would snap that offer up without a second thought

Even if this turns out to be true it certainly doesn't make the rest of my argument invalid.
When teams really don't want to sell a player then they won't. The only way they'll consider it is if a team offers a rediculous amount of money. However, in real life teams would never be willing to offer this kind of money so the player stays where he is. But if you do decide to pay £60m for a player then it's you that's doing something unrealistic and not the game. </BLOCKQUOTE>

It's always been a fact of life on FM that if you want to buy off the AI, then you have to pay over the odds. For some reason, it seems that offering double the value will generally reward you with the chance to talk to the play. not always, obviously, but often. If your target is worth £1m, and you have £10m to spend, no problem. If your target is worth £10m, then you may well have a problem. the fact that the AI will generally offer less than what your man is worth is also something that has been that way since FM05, and still needs fixing.

Finally, it's spelt "ridiculous", not "rediculous"

Maybe new finances system would solve this problem.. For example when I played with Lazio, in July 2008 I had 70mln to spend.. With Lotito (Lazio prezident) club would never have this amount of money.. I want to say that if clubs have less money to spend than also player prices could be reduced..

For exaple Beppe Rossi cost 15mln euros. So this is price for which other teams could buy this player. In real life there isn't many clubs which are able to buy player fot that price or are willing to spent 15mln for one very young player.. (sadly in FM there are plenty of them) . And if someone offer Villareall 15-20mln for Rossi they would consider it..

That is exactly the problem. It is not so much the fact that clubs will not let players go for anything less than ridiculous fess, the real problem is that clubs will pay their ridiculous demands. If a club doesn't want to sell unless they receive significantly higher than market value for the player it is fine, but the dumb part is the rich teams won't hesitate to pay it!
