1st issue-I play as Roma in Serie A and one thing I noticed is that when I'm at home playing against a weak team, if I play an offensive/ agressive scheme my oponents will often go shotless for the entire game!...o shots/ o shots on target....I am 20 games into my 2007-08 season and this has happened 4 times already. Not very realistic.

Should it be that easy to shut an easy opponent down?

2nd Issue...not sure if this is going to make sense but it seems like it is too hard to score (for AI also) yet, strikers score too much....Just a thought..

Overall this is a very good game....another patch will make it best of all time possibly.

I have to agree. My loan in striker from Arsenal scored an amazing 54 goals for me in the Championship, I finished 8th.

Your 2nd issue is probably the most talked about issue in the game. Too many shots, not enough goals. And strikers scoring the lions share of the goals (unrealistically so) has been around since the days of CM.

I hope the patch will make this the best game of all time, but it will take one mother of a patch.

2nd issue is because there are too many shots in the game, midfielders do not score off them because it is impossible to score from long range (unless you get a deflection) and strikers score from rebounds, which is why they get all the goals.

Be very careful with the word impossible, i know for a fact that midfileders can score long ranged efforts without deflections.
