in 07 I played with west ham and i offered an ultimatum to rise wages. They declined but didnt sack me because i was so well respected there and had been there for many years. Although they did say they wouldnt be so forgiving next time.

i have played on FM for 6 years and never once i have been successful with a utiluim even when i wont the champions league, FA cup, carling cup and premiership all with chalsea and i had beeb the manager for 13 years and still i got the sack for requestiong a bigger statium

I have many times the trick is to be successful before you issue an ultimatum, if you aren't successful your fired, make too many demands with ultimatums your fired.

I got my stadium expanded 9 times in 10 seasons (and I only asked 8 times)

I wish there ws an option to do an ultimatum if you wanted an expansion of more than a couple of thousand seats.

Managed to demand that my training facilities were upgraded with Notts County, after winning promotion in the first season and almost reaching the playoffs in the second.
