I'm having a nightmare installing the patch for fm08

I've downloaded it about 10 times form various sites but keep getting the same 2 problems...

1) Mostly when i try and unpack it in rar or zip it says the file is corrupted

2) It will sometimes have a "bad CRC" (whatever that means) with a possible cause being "file transfer error"





Can somebody please help

loads of info on google if you search "bad CRC" one suggestion seems to be clearing your browser cache and try to redownload
