Last year a guy named "Tray" started a project to add live commentary taken from FIFA 07 into FM 2007. Unfortunately he never finished the project.... (the link to this is : http://community.sigames.com/eve/for...952008972/p/1)

Right now I started a project on my own, using Furney89's FM 2008 soundpack, ripping audio from FIFA 2008, and editing "events.cfg" and "match_sounds.cfg" files.

Does anyone know how the command line would look like to add commentary to an event? And, should this line be added in "events.cfg" or "match_sounds.cfg"?

I feel sorry SI didn't add the option of having live audio commentary in the game again (was only in CM2). It was limited, so you heard a lot of the same, but with more detailed commentary (like Furney89's...) and more wave files I think it would be a good addition.

I noticed on the forums.......you either hate it or love it.
So why not make an option in FM2009 to turn this feature on or off? This way pleasing everybody.

Anyways, if someone can give me some guidance here that would be great.
I have just started it all, so it's premature now, but later I will need (BETA)testers, to give me feedback. So if you are interested in one or two months to test the results, let me know!
