Step one - Downloading
Download graphics from sites then extract (to find out where read step two) using WinRar (which can be found using google)

Step two: Where to extract
My Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2007\ is the best place then follow below for specific locations

Logos in:
\My Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2007\graphics\pictures\logos

Kits in:
\My Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2007\graphics\pictures\kits

Player Faces in:
\My Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2007\graphics\pictures\players

Skins in:
\My Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2007\skins

If you cannot find these folders, create new ones then extract them into these folders you created.

Step 3 - Ive extracted my files now what
With Football Manager 2007 loaded, goto Preferences -> Display & Sound.
Now untick 'Use Skin Cache' and tick 'Always reload skin on confirm'

Once the graphics are working to speed up football manager go onto 'Use Skin Cache' and tick BUT remember when ever you add more graphics to untick

I didn’t really agree with that part, extract them in a spare space in my documents, then move them to there correct folders, it just makes it easier to stay organised.

Same place just make a titlebars folder.

\My Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2007\graphics\logos\titlebars - you'll probably have to make the logo and titlebar folders and possibly the graphics one.
