i have downloaded a real name fix file it is not working,how can I get it to work?

What have you done?

Go to Program files/data/db

Depending on what patch you have, there will be folders for each patch version. EG I have folder called 700,701,702 in the above folder.

Go into the most recent patches folder, 702 if you have it, then follow the read me that came with the file.
