Does anybody know what's the code to add match fitness column to the team squad selection screen?

I found "conw" used in the player profile xml but it doesn't appear to work in team squad.xml nor does Pconw.

I would also be very interested in this as I have to go through all of my players profiles as I always send players that aren't labelled 'match fit' to my reserve squad until they are - which gets pretty annoying after a while.
