I want to manage a nation such as Luxembourg... improve data of its players etc n challenge for international honours.
Is it poss?

Just open the game up as if you've started a new one, manage the team you want to manage, have a look at the players you want to have in the national side.

Then close the game go into the editor and edit the players you wanted.

But Lux is not a playable league... is there a way I can still manage their national side???

Load all Luxembourg players then your good to go..
