Hi guys, new to the board so hello!

Just quick question to start with - how do you create females on the game? Want to make one of my friends the director of football at arsenal but cannot click the 'female' button. However, when i check on someone like karren brady it is ticked and not able to uncheck it.

It works just for physio's which is fairly stupid, as there are many females in football nowadays.

theres a woman who plays in a mans team in chile somewhere. tried to ban her, but its not in the rules. silly really.
