Default non-league edit help.

Hi, I'm trying to edit a database so a team lower than conference south will stand a chance of being promoted that wouldn't normally, I've moved them up to the southern league premier division I think it was but I haven't actually removed any teams, has that just expanded the division basically? Is there any way to speed up when they get promoted to conf south? Or have I missed something I should edit?
I was hoping 5-10 years but I tried a holiday game and I'm around the 15 year mark. Any help would be great.

I;m not sure but i think the Southern Premier League should have the same amount of teams it has by default to run properly.

To get the team promoted faster try increasing it's reputation. This should make better players come to the club and help with promotion.

Non-league divisions can have the number of teams changed. There is a minimum amount of teams, but not a maximum.

As for them getting promoted, I think it's based on reputation with a bit of random chance.

Thanks, it does seem the clubs with the highest reputations are the ones to keep hanging around, gets a bit boring is all.
So if there's no maximum then I could add every non-league team to those 3 feeder leagues to increase variety?
