1) is it possible for a player to have his stats in the game itself exceed the stats in the editor? eg. player A has a finishing of 12 in the editor, but can he attain 13 and above in-game?

2) can the no. of coaches/scouts/physios a club allows be tweaked in the editor? playing man u but only 10 coaches are recommended, so i'm hoping that there'll be more coaching spaces available for future players turned coaches..

1. If a player at the start of a game has lets say a finishing of 12, as long as that player hasnt reached his maximum PA and as long as he is trained right then stats can increase. Players whose CA is near or equal to his PA will not see much improvement

2. In the pre game editor you can always add more coaches then start a game and these should be retained.

If the board recommend 10 coaches usully you can push this up to 12 or 13, or even highre before they start blocking. furthermore, thje more successful you are the more allowances you have, so if you are sucesful you may find you board saying the recommend 12, or 14 etc
