I'm using the newest FM genie scout. Is it possible for a player to have PA of 150 and still be able to reach the Best potiental Rating of 80 percent? or is it a case of the higher the PA, the more chance a player has of reaching best potiental rating?

The highest PA someone can have is 200. PA is a fixed value and cannot change as the game progresses. Only CA can change. The player will reach his maximum potential when his CA = PA

Thanks for the reply. But does the potiental rating go up or down depending on the potiental ability?

I mean the best positional rating.

I may be wrong on this one (feel free to correct me anyone if I am) but I think that best potential positional rating has more to do with player attributes rather than PA. Therefore if your training methods manage to get their individual attributes up to their max potential then they will reach their max potential positional rating
