Hello, I really need help. I've used the built-in editor to create a new database to correspond with the summer transfers so far, but i was wondering how i select it in the game? All help is appreciated.

I've replied to this problem a few times, without recalling being corrected by it. The problem usually occurs when your fm.exe file differs from the actual version of the game you have. And also using Windows Vista, then you have to copy your db folder from the \users\ place to wherever you might have placed your footballmanager2007\ folder.

actually, what i meant was how do i select it for in-game use?

When you start an new game you should get a pop up with a list of databases on. Just simply select the database you have edited.

look in the preferences of the game if you have turned off the set up wizard, if so turn it on again,then you will get the option to choose the db.

and also be sure that the folder name of your edited database has the same name as the .xml file inside the folder.
