you need a sum of at least 36 in mental + tactical ability, if your coach has a technique ability of 18. If the coach has 19 in technique ability,you need a sum of 33 in the other 2 areas. Technique ability of 20, you need sum of at least 30 in the other 2 (not 3!) - in order to get 5 star coaching.
5 stars in set piece training is the most difficult to achieve - not too many coaches has the required ability. </BLOCKQUOTE>
