Depends! 442, wide men with good crossing, byline to good header, always works, playing deep 442 away with a quick stiker works, see blow for quick tips.

Run onto ball
Michael Owen or Ryan Babbel. If your playing deep and looking to hit on the break, a striker with pace would benefit from running onto the ball.

To head
A Peter Crouch type player needed, tall good heading jumping and strengh stats.

To feet!

Theirry Henry type target man, gets the ball deep and runs at defence, good dribbling and flair would be required.
