Dont know if this is right place but here gos.

How do u manage to teach a player a new position, i assume you do this through training which i tried but the player dont seem to be learning the new position, im hafl way through my second season and set the new position in the begining.

Am i doing it wrong, or is it random weither the player can learn the new position or dos the player require certain stats.

Click on the player that you want to retrain
On the left hand side click on "training" then on the sub menu "overview"
The click the drop down menu on "new position" and select the desired position

If you have already done what newbrook has suggested, and there still not learning the position check there "overview" to see if there unhappy learning a new position.

Some players just don't want to learn a new position.

Also play the player in the position you want to retrain him to usually makes it work better for me.

As above, plus if he's an older player he is less likely to adapt to a new position, whereas with youngsters half a season should be enough
