What is the best formation and tactics when playing as Man U on FM07? Should I concentrate more on individual instructions or team? I am really struggling to find something that works

Take a run thru here. I believe there are some excellent tactics tailored for MUFC around page 260 from Evon and Killzone. They are really solid and destructive sets. I am sure you will also find others.

Having said that, Dayle's links are smart places to go to take a look at tactic building in general. Cleon, WWFAN and others have put together some amazing forum threads worth reading. Building from those tactical theories will undoubtedly yield results with MUFC. And, you will probably find out what you like most and build from there.
