It's no use having a squad full of star players without a decent way for them to play their football.

Default Juve

Please correct me if this is in the wrong forum. wasnt sure if it should be here or good players and teams.
anyway, i am playing with juve in my third season and everything has gone like a fairt tale so far.

first season:
Won Serie B easily without losing any of my players. Here's my team for that season

Buffon
Zebina - Maduro - Faty - Chiellini (sp?)
Camoranesi - Paro - Zanetti - Nedved
Del Piero - Trezeguet

Both del piero and trez scored over 20 goals

second season:
won serie a not as easily but i was pretty solid throughout

buffon
dani alves - maduro - faty - chiellini (sp?)
camoranesi - paro - tacchinardi - salihadimzic (sp?)
del piero - trez

del piero was sensational scoring 29 goals in the league, ending up as european golden boot winner

this season:
I am top of the league now i february, 4 pts from milan. in the cup final having made it through the qualification for the first time and qualified second from my cl group:

Bayern 10pts
Juve 8 pts
Barca 7 pts
Shakhtar 3pts (or something)

and now im facing schalke in the first knockout round, and won the first game 2-0 at home
my team is like this (when no one is injured)

XI:
buffon
dani alves-faty-maduro-balzaretti(injured for all of this season so roberto carlos (35) had to step in)
camoranesi-tacchinardi-paro/almiron-babel
trez-kuranyi(bought this jan to boost faltering fire power, ineligable in cl)
BENCH:
belardi
cuellar-tudor
nedved-salihadimzic(sp?)
del piero-palladino

my 'problem' is this:
next season i am getting damarcus beasly (AMRLC) , bojan krkic (ST) and Armand Traore (DL) on free transfers and im losing nedved (AMRLC) olivera (AMRLC) roberto carlos (DL)
i am hoping to buy quaresma next summer so i can have a team like this:

buffon
dani alves-faty-maduro-balzaretti(or traore if he is as good as my scouts say)
quaresma-paro-millan-beasly
babel-kuranyi

seems like a no brainer. my back 5 are brilliant, no problems. my midfield is strong if millan can deliver as the creative midfielder and paro as the defensive rock, and beasly and quaresma surging up the sides passing the ball to babel and kurnayi.

but beasly is no world class player, neither is paro. can millan deliver at such a high level at such a high stage? is babel good enough to be in attack or should i buy eduardo da silva for a measly 5-7m? is my young defense up to defending the brilliant but more frequently prone errored buffon (high eccentricity)? is del piero over the hill? trez has never been that profilic with me, will he fail to deliver? is kuranyi's fantastic start (4 goals, 4 games) beginners luck? a lot is depending on this line up cause they are all meant to work together to create the perfect team, able to challenge for all the cups. the perfect season.
