Tactics & Training Tips

It's no use having a squad full of star players without a decent way for them to play their football.

Default mids and strikers

1) i've found what the 'important characteristics' are for wingers, attack. mid, etc. But what are they for plain (l & r) midfielders. (I play Bordeaux w/ 442 diamond normal.)

2)my formation (see above) has 2 strikers up front. is it best to leave them side by side, or should i make one behind the other? How important is it that the left side striker is very strong with his left foot?

add on 3) is it best to always designate one striker as the 'fast striker' and the other as the 'target striker'? If so, is there a certain order as to which one should be further up the field? Or is it best to leave them side-by-side? Thanks.

2+3)

You can generally control positioning of the 2 strikers with: mentality, forward runs, hold-up-ball. It is also generally accepted practice to go ahead and differentiate your instructions for each striker: One more attacking, one more withdrawn, using the above tools. It is never needed to actually place them in the AMC position to achieve this, unless you just want an AMC.

Doesn't matter r/e foot and position for strikers in my experience.
