I've tried this tactic a few times and it's really really good. But just one question:- when you say to move up and down the scale of the tactic, how long do you leave it between changing them? thanks

| Usually around 10 minutes, but if I'm conceeding a lot of chances (or having a lot of highlights not in my favour on extended highlights) I would change sooner. Sometimes you have to trust your judgement, other times you'll know you've got it completely wrong.
After a while you get a "feel" of when the tactics clearly aren't working and when you're just the weaker team.

i seem to concede within 10 minutes every game 12/15 so far but the team usually gets it back 9/15 wins, 2/15 draws and 4/15 losses so we're definately overacheiving. I think the problem is with the team talks as i haven't got anywhere near getting to grips with these yet and of course if you say the wrong thing you have a bunch of weak-kneed schoolboys on your hands, lol  | |
