Right click the brush button and choose pencil, set the size to 1 and draw liket this (the pic has been zoomed in):

Or you could just use the rounded rectangular tool and change the work path...

Click the rectangle tool (next to your pen tool) right click and click 'Rounded Rectange Tool' - Draw out the Shape, right Click - Click 'Make Section' and keep the feather radius 0. Then fill.
Or you could just draw out the Shape, right click - Click 'Fill Path' and volia!
