I have been trying to sort out this problem for quite a while now but still can't find a solution. My young players attributes are not improving. I am managing Real Madrid and I have players such as Higuain, Cardenas, Gago, Marcelo etc. They all look like very good future players but their attributes aren't improving. After the whole second season Higuain and Gago haven't imrove a single attribute. What could I be doing so wrong in training. I even tried downloading some training schedules but still it didn't work. Does anyone have any advice pls?
Also, if anyone has any future screenshots of the attributes of the players I mentioned I would really appreciate it. Maybe 2,3,4 seasons after the game starts so that i compare with mine.
There need not be anything wrong with your training or anything - some seasons young players will only gain a few CA points, even only 1 - the next season they might be bumped up 10 points or more. Gago in one of my games did not reach close to his PA until he was 28 - other players (like Carlos Vela) reached his PA ceiling at 22.
It is probably the quality of your coaches- you need to try and get 5 stars in each coaching schedule and allocate the coaches manually rather than auto assign them, which is done automatically by the game.
The quality of coaching and the training facilities have an effect, yes - but more important is the individual player's character; His determination, how professional he is, his morale and happiness, is he played enough, and in the right position, his relations with the staff and other players, and so on.
But as I said - only 1 point gained in CA in a season need not be anything wrong.
