I would personally put more closing down to your wingers and strikers and less to MCs. This will result in MC staying in position and wingers and strikers helping them out more often. A winger with very high CD will go to the middle or back to help the MCs or DL/Rs. The winger zone is not that crucial defensively and even if it is left open it is much not of a problem.
A MC with very high CD will result opening their zone which is very important not to do. You can only do this if you have a DMC to back them.
Also, I like to set the same instructions to both DCs and rotate their position depending to the strikers against them (even if they have zonal marking). This way you ensure you match the attackers physical attributes.
Also I would play a slightly deeper dline.
Why have you set time wasting to 1? It is good to allow your players to take time sometimes and not rush things. I usually play TW 7-10 at home and 12-15 away.
Doesn't this slow tempo result in your players dallying on the ball and losing it often? If so - change it.
All that is just based on my preferences. I do not claim it works universally. Hope this helps.
