Just wanted to see if anyone else had similar experiences. I've been playing FM with my girlfriends brother who has limited experience with FM or even football in the matter albeit him being a Rangers supporter but he has been amazing on it and I can't understand how he has managed it.
The Rangers team starts off with a 5-3-2 standard tactic with a sweeper. He moves the wingbacks to the MR/L positions and then starts to add sarrows on the CB, long farrows on the wingers, the centre midfield gets a farrow up to between the strikers, the right centre midfielder gets a barrow to the DM position and the finally a farrow on the left centre midfielder to the AM position. The strange thing is although he has no experience he has been unbeaten in 20 games even hammering Marseille 5-0 away. It just seems to overload the opposition and he always wins by more than two goals. Just starting to wonder if he has come across a tactic that could end up something special if looked at properly.
Its not a bad tactic..if you think of the arrows as with and without balls then it makes a lot of sense. It requires a hardworking ethic in the team. The 532 is a very good tactic as it can easily transform into a 343 as the instructions you describe have shown.
I played against him a few times and no matter what I did I always struggled as he just overloaded my defence with every attack. To be honest I thought his players would really tire but they never.
