I was just wondering what tips can you give to me to help if i want to play with a conference team and how to make them good?!

Iv tried playing with weymouth and there strikers our terrible and the players r pretty average,now i know they our conferenec standard,its just the players i play against our better!!

When searching for players consider physical attributes rather than technical. player that can run very fast is going to be an asset at that level rather than someone that is good at dribbling but nothing else.

A long ball game might be way for you to consider. Two strikers with heading abilities with a ball lobbed up to them all the time works well since as I'm sure you imagine a passing game at level will be fraught with errors.

Try this thread for a good list of players available at your level.

Plus Dayle Wood gave you good advice, good physical and mental attributes count so much more at that level where good technical attributes are scarce.
