barkroth, millan, james mccarthy, max noble, carlos saez are a few very young players that i often sign but theres many good players in this age range, check the links page at the top of the page and go to the youngsters section.

-10 potential means that a player could become one of the all time best players in the game, not many players have this PA, Carlos Vela of arsenal is one such player.
