Hello, Aguero and Tiago in my Juve team are unhappy because there is to less managerial discipline ? What can I do to make it better? Anyone had something like this?

I always fine people 2 weeks wages

i do it on a sliding scale, first offence is a warning, second offence is a warning, 3rd is fine 1 week, then after that fine 2 weeks till end of season

not very often i have to fine wages though
